To Set An Avatar;
>Profile [Link in the nav bar!]
>Avatar
>Upload
>Save

To Set A Signature;
>Profile
>Signature
>Save
>>>
>Profile
>Preferences
>Check the box that says 'Always Show Signature'

There you go! Hope that helped. Lmk if you have any trouble and I can set your av/sig for you. :]
